About Sunflower Salsa Co.

Sunflower Salsa is a one-woman operation run by Maribel out of a shared commissary kitchen. Each batch is a small one — usually 90 jars — so we can chase the season's best produce.

Look for limited fall flights of roasted-pumpkin and chipotle-pear salsa once October hits.
