About Oakhill Family Farm

Oakhill is a 24-acre certified-organic farm just outside Pueblo, run by the Cabrera family for three generations.

Our growing philosophy is simple: low-till, cover crops year-round, and as little intervention as the season allows. Every Saturday we pick the night before market so what you take home was on the vine yesterday.
